How long does a recode take?
You should begin to see results after the first session. Within the first six weeks your movement patterns will begin to change. Thereafter you can continue to train with me, or go back to your favorite activities and visit for tuneup as needed.

What exercises do you do?
Mostly strength based movements that mimic real life movements. Every client needs a different regimen. Nothing flashy, but exercises that really change your daily movement and get you moving.

Can I still strength train/play sports/do yoga/run?
I train people so that they can do all the things they love and use these exercises to undo any tightness from activities that are hard on your body.
