My Mission
As someone who formerly experienced chronic pain, I have painstakingly studied various
modalities and movement patterns and come up with training protocol to get you moving
without pain so that you can become more durable for a lifetime.
GOATA, Yoga and strength training certified, I am obsessed with anatomy and movement and
getting you out of pain and back to the activities you love.
What We Do
Beginning with a slow motion movement assessment, I find faulty patterns and institute exercises to recode your gait patterns, leading to less strain and easier movement.
